Samara is at the helm of OPS operations, bringing 25+ years of financial management, operational, and business development experience across the private and public sector. An Emmy® Award-winning Executive Producer, she oversees the full scope of OPS’s financial, legal, and creative infrastructure — ensuring the organization continues to grow as an innovator and change-agent in impact filmmaking.

Her passion for travel has taken her to over 50 countries, shaping a cosmopolitan outlook and a natural ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder relationships. When she’s not working, you’ll find Samara on the golf course, on a paddleboard, at a live music show, or somewhere outdoors — a love of nature that fuels her commitment to the mission that drives the OPS team.

Currently residing in Northern California, Samara holds a bachelor’s in Anthropology and Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
