Matt oversees the post-production infrastructure at OPS, including shared storage, data management, backup strategy, and editorial workflows. Since joining OPS in 2013, he has played a central role in supporting the organization’s films and media projects, scaling and maintaining the systems behind a growing archive of work. He ensures that creative teams can collaborate efficiently and reliably across complex productions.

He also works across a range of creative roles on OPS projects, including feature documentary editing, graphic design, animation, and visual effects.

A lifelong ocean advocate and son of an underwater photographer, Matt’s work sits at the intersection of nature, creativity, and technology, where storytelling and systems come together to bring environmental stories to life.
